The most unique feature of this new umbrella is the Power Base. With four adjustable rollers, the entire umbrella can be easily moved without having to do any lifting. A newly designed 360 degree rotating device is now built into the Power Base. Its honeycombed interior is made of a strong Polyethylene material, designed to handle the weight of the rock or gravel used for ballast.
